We have been forced to pull out France Radio from the App Store because Radio France claims our use of their trademarks in the application is not “fair use”.

Even if we do not agree with such claims, we are not going to defend our position. As everybody knows “justice” is only another way of saying “who has the best and most expensive lawyers”. We are not going to be the Quixotes of a fair cause, at least not of this one.

So, we pull out the application, at least temporarily. You have the right to mantain it in your devices, a we ask you to do it if that is your desire. We will try to recover France Radio in its actual incarnation or in another, as soon as we know a way to avoid the trademark infractions Radio France claim.
